Inbox Detox: Start by unsubscribing from emails you never read using tools like Unroll.Me or Clean Email. Then, set up filters and folders in Gmail or Outlook to keep important messages organized and easy to find. I love treating my inbox like a to-do list—once an email is handled, I archive it. You can always search for it later, but you won’t have to stare at 10,000 messages every time you open your inbox. Inbox zero, here we come!


Declutter Your Desktop: If your desktop is covered in a sea of random files, take 10 minutes to sort, delete, and organize everything into clearly labeled folders. Tools like Fences (for Windows) or CleanMyMac (for Mac) can help automate the process and keep things tidy. I like to set a weekly reminder to do a quick clean-up. Staying consistent makes it way less overwhelming!


Tidy Up Cloud Storage: Whether you're using Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, take the time to establish a clear, intuitive folder structure that makes files easy to find. Storing documents in the cloud not only keeps your digital workspace organized but also helps your computer run more efficiently by freeing up valuable storage space.


Update Passwords & Security: If you’re still using “Password123" for all your passwords, it's definitely time for an upgrade. Tools like 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden can generate and securely store strong, unique passwords for all your accounts—some even offer free plans. Be sure to enable two-factor authentication wherever possible for an added layer of security. With a password manager, there's no need to keep forgetting your logins or hunting down that scrap of paper with scribbled passwords. 


Streamline Your Tools & Apps: Audit your software subscriptions with TrackMySubs or Bobby (iOS) to cancel what you don’t use. Keep essential apps updated and remove digital clutter.


Free Up Phone Storage: Delete old screenshots and duplicate photos with Google Photos, CleanMyPhone, or Gemini Photos. Clear app cache for a smoother experience.
